⚠️ What if I don't receive my package on time?

If 7 working days have passed and you still have not received your purchase, check the order tracking code on the shipping portal (GLS Italy). In the subject of the email specify "Order Not Received" and we will try to do our best to help you! In the rare cases in which packages are lost, a second order will be sent at our expense.

Msm Studio accepts returns (only for non-compliant goods) or size changes within and no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. The items must be returned at the buyer's expense to the address of origin of the goods, unless otherwise indicated in writing by Msm Studio and except that the item is non-compliant. 👚

In the event that the item is not compliant, the costs will be borne by Msm Studio. Msm Studio will refund the entire purchase amount only and exclusively in the event of clear evidence that the goods received are not compliant or defective. Msm Studio will ask the customer to send photos of the item received via email, highlighting its defect/non-compliance. 🤝

For both returns and size changes, the item must be returned in perfect condition, which includes the original packaging/case and label, must not be washed, worn, free of odors/perfumes or damaged in any way.
